Jenna Jameson Pleads Not Guilty To DUI Charges

Even though Jenna Jameson reportedly "blew a .13 and had two prescription drugs in her system" when she was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence back in May, she's pleading not guilty!

The famous porn star was caught after crashing her car into a pole and has since been charged with three misdemeanor counts which included DUI, having a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher and driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Modern Family Cast Shows Up For Table Read

It's official!

The Modern Family cast has put their differences with the studio that employs them aside and showed up for the rescheduled table read on Thursday morning.

After skipping the inital table read and filing a lawsuit against 20th Century Fox TV on Tuesday, the cast decided that they are incredibly grateful for the show and have proven it by continuing to work during salary negotiations.

Since the show is so successful, we understand why the cast wants more money. Hopefully their commitment to continuing the hard work that goes into each and every episode will convince execs to give them each a reasonable raise.

Robert Pattinson Packs His Bags! Cuts Off All Contact With Kristen And Moves OUT!

Now that he knows Kristen Stewart is capable of cheating — the one thing he can't understand about relationships — Robert Pattinson has packed his bags and left Los Angeles!

Their friends don't think he can take her back after this. One of them even says:

"I'm not sure they'll be able to recover from this. [He] is heartbroken and angry."

Robert has cut off ALL contact with Kristen for the time being. Clearly he needs his space! And with good reason!!

Sharon Osbourne Quitting America's Got Talent

America's got talent, but it no longer has Sharon Osbourne ... 'cause the AGT judge says she's QUITTING the TV show for good.

Osbourne -- who has been with "America's Got Talent" since Season 2 -- cryptically announced her exit from the show via Twitter on Tuesday, saying "My darling @howardstern, money is not the reason I'm not returning to @nbcagt, it's because ..."

It's unclear if she was informing Howard about her departure ... or blaminghim.

Sources from NBC say Sharon's exit is a surprise to them as well ... claiming they have not been personally informed of her departure yet.

You'll recall ... the series shook things up this season when it added Howard Stern to its judges table -- they even moved the show from L.A. to NYC to accommodate him.

Modern Family Actors File Lawsuit, Refuse To Show To First Day Of Work!

Ed O'Neil joined forces with the rest of Modern Family's adult cast and together they've filed a lawsuit against their network ABC.

Sofia Vergara, Ty Burrell, Julie Bowen, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Eric Stonestreet are scheduled to make $65k while Al Bundy Ed is scheduled to make $105k per episode in the upcoming fourth season, but none of the actors feel they're being compensated fairly.

While the $200k per they're requesting may seem a little steep, reports have ABC making over $160 mil off advertising revenue alone from the show last season. The network certainly afford to pay.
